Refund policy
At Curve, most items are made to order or produced in limited runs. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once an order has entered fulfillment.
Refund Eligibility
We do not accept refunds or cancellations once:

Your order has entered production or fulfillment (this typically begins within 1–3 business days).

Your item is custom-printed or made-to-order.
Please review all product details, sizing, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
WE CANNOT OFFER RETURNS/EXCHANGES FOR INCORRECT SIZING. PLEASE REFER TO SIZE CHARTS TO ENSURE CORRECT SIZING.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at curvedsn@gmail.com. Please include:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the affected item(s)
We’ll evaluate the situation and provide a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Lost in Transit
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Wait 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages early.

If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
If your shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will replace your order at no additional cost.
Other Important Notes

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

We cannot offer refunds for items returned to sender or refused at delivery.

Items lost after confirmed delivery are not eligible for replacement, but we may be able to offer a partial discount or credit on a case-by-case basis.
