Processing Times

Processing time is the time it takes for your order to be prepared before it ships.

Stickers & Patches
Handled and packed personally. Ships within 1 to 3 business days.

Apparel, including hoodies and tees
Made to order. Ships within 7 to 10 business days.

Posters, Hats, and Accessories
Ships within 5 to 7 business days.


Delivery Times

Delivery time begins after your order has shipped.

Apparel
Typically arrives within 1 to 3 weeks.

Please note that apparel tracking may not show updates immediately. In some cases, tracking will not update until the package reaches your destination country. This is due to international shipping partners using a last-mile tracking system. Updates will appear once the package is transferred to your local carrier.

Posters, Hats, and Accessories
Typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks.

Stickers & Patches
Typically arrive within 3 to 10 business days.

International Shipping

International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Curve is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import procedures, or local delivery service disruptions.


Tracking and Delivery Issues

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 72 hours before contacting us, as tracking can occasionally update before final delivery.

If a carrier officially confirms that your package is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or assist you with the next steps.
